As most people know, I love fiction! So that's what I write. The series, Sonshine Girls, deals with four girls who discover valuable life lessons and how to handle tough situations in a Christian manner. Book one was released in December of 2008. We are not sure when book two will release as that depends on how well Summer Secret does. So if you want to see book two published, tell your friends about the Sonshine Girls series! Our hopes are that nine more Sonshine Girls books will be released. I also love writing other forms of fiction. I am also working on a book, Dead Butterflies, that I hope will release sometime in 2010. I started writing it in 2006 and since then, my hopes and dreams for it have grown quite large! It is now (in my mind) meant to be a trilogy. Sandra and Brent are siblings who have escaped the evil grasp of their abusive mother. They find a kind stranger who takes them in and delivers them to safer grounds. But they discover that this stranger is more than he appears to be and their lives will forever be changed when he leads them on a journey that will land them on a battle field...a tug of war between good and evil.
I have other writings in the works, but my goal for this year is to market Summer Secret, plan and schedule book signings. I also will finish Dead Butterflies and submit it for editing. Well, for now, that's about it. I'll tell more about my other writings as they become more developed. Right now, I feel I would just be telling about something that might never be.
